Officially spending the first night sleeping in her own big girl room.
We have talked this up for MONTHS. With all this moving-not moving-moving business, she has been awaiting this moment for a while. I hope all this time to talk it up makes for an easy transition.
We went to NFM today & picked up some mattresses & box springs for the kids. We have an old full size bedroom set for Liv we will clean up & paint. And the boys got twin mattresses & we'll work on making them into real beds eventually. Now we have to finish getting unpacked so we can start painting their rooms!! For now they have some $5 Walmart sheets but Livi is expecting a "princess bed" from Santa..... so I better get my act together.... er, I mean, I better get on Santa!!!
They were SO excited about their new beds! The boys were tucking themselves in & ready for bed at 5:30! They all went down without so much as a tear or a peep about being in different rooms. I snuggled with Livi for about 10 mins & left her half awake to fall asleep on her own. She did great! She never ever fails to amaze me!!
This is an example of how NOT to prove to your new neighbors that you are not a just a little bit ghetto! I prefer to call us resourceful & self sufficient!
Getting the boys' new beds set up!
Daddy & Livi in her new BIG bed! Makes her look so little :)

Fast asleep! Logan's first night in his new big bed at the new house!
Hayden's first night in his new big bed at our new house! Hoping its so much more comfortable than those crib matresses that they sleep in a little more!? One can hope.
Our big girl! Tucked in with her "baby Sydney." Plenty of room for them to snuggle! We need to get poor Sydney some PJs!
Off to Pinterest some more room painting & decorating inspiration. I'm so excited to paint & decorate a pink girly room!!
