We are officially all off medications! {Besides Olivia's inhaled steroid that she will be on all winter}
Still a little Logan coughing & nose running. Just hoping his fever isn't back after 4 days off antibiotics this time. Especially because they have to go back to daycare the end of this week. Ugh.
Besides getting better, this is what we've been doing:
Organizing the cleaning supplies cabinet.
Wish I would have gotten a before picture. This makes me smile!
Think he would have believed you 3 years ago if you told him this is how he would spend his Saturday nights?? Fixing Olivia's baby doll's hair.
He was thrilled I was documenting this!
However, after, HE had to get a picture of his work!
The kids broke the kitchen gate!! We are officially a gateless house. The kids have actually done fantastic staying out of cabinets. Backing out of the kitchen when I say I'm opening the hot stove. {The reason we kept this gate up was the safety logistics of keeping 6 hands away from the oven & stove} The only downfall besides toys on the kitchen floor, is them standing right by the cabinet they know contains the box of fruit snacks & whining for more & more & more & more.....
They all the sudden LOVE LOVE helping. With everything! They insist on throwing away their diapers. Shutting doors. "Helping" put groceries away. And especially doing the dishes. I can't wait until their "help" actually makes my job easier!
Just make sure they don't slip the dirty spoons in the clean drawer!
Hayden & Olivia love eating summer sausage, cheese & crackers.
And I still love that Livi is eating them in these cute little things!
Now if only Logan would eat! Toast & waffles with only butter on them, eggs, fruit, yogurt, applesauce, fruit snacks, chips, peas, corn, Sargento sharp cheddar cheese sticks, and french fries. And I think that is ALL he will eat. Period.
Giving dolls & Elmo a bath in their little kitchen sink. Where did they even learn this??
Coming up with creative ways to be lazy while playing trains.
Hayden often REFUSES to wear pants. Toddlers finding any way to proclaim their independence cracks me up {read: makes me want to pull my hair out.}
Improving the toy room.
Dreaming of how much I could get done during nap time if I was home 7 days a week, & with non-sick kids!
Aspiring to be like mommy & daddy. She points to the words, gets excited & says "ABC's on there."
Growing more hair! Slowly but surely!
