Busy!

If you don't see anything on the blog for a while, here is why:

We are painting, cleaning, touching up our house.  Why?  We are going to sell it!  {Well hopefully anyway!}
It was a goal of ours for 2012 & the 1st time home buyer market is good here right now.  And interest rates are at 4%!  Its a great time to buy & sell.  Earlier than was our "grand plan"... but I'm learning grand plans, usually aren't so grand.  So here we go.  Ready or not!

Our agent wanted us to be ready to list in 2 weeks!!!  We're hoping more like 4.  So we'll be busy packing up clutter.  Touching up paint.  And patching holes.  And finishing tile.  And, and, and....

Anyone bored.... feel free to come over & grab a brush.  Or watch the kids!  Really, anyone?!

P.S.  Know anybody looking for a nice split-entry home in Gretna?  Walking distance to parks, the pool, schools, grocery stores.  Small town living right by the city!!  Send them my way!!
