SOLD & SOLD!!
Yay!!

Closed on our new-to-us house today & moving day #1 commenced. 
Onward to moving day #2 tomorrow.  Hope we get it all done.

After tomorrow I'll be internet-less for a while, so updates when I am again connected to the world wide web.
