Recommend your thermometer!

We have snot.  And maybe a mild fever? 
We are teething... but I think this is germ snot. 
Why?  It could be the sudden onset of 3 runny noses.  Or the 6 watery, glassy eyes.  Or the sudden refusal of milk in liue of "juicy."  Or because Livi can't sleep.  She can NEVER sleep with a sick-snotty nose.  Not in bed anyways.  {Thought that would get better when the paci went away... guess not!} 

I don't think we've had snot since we ditched the paci.  That was 5+ months ago.  Wow!!  I forgot how annoying it was.  But this too will soon pass.  {And it gives me an excuse to stay up cuddling with Liv on the couch}  Doesn't make me excited for winter though. 

Back to the point.  We need a big kid thermometer.  I have a cheapo head scan one & its just that, cheapo.  So inaccurate.  Slow, slow, tick-tock underarm style, no thanks.  5+ months ago with our last sickies, we still did rectal because it was accurate & easiest believe it or not.

But we're pushing 2.... and we need to invest in a big kid thermometer.  Ear.  Forehead.  Something like that.  What do you have & love (or hate)?!?!
