One to go!

This month TOTALLY snuck up on me!  We are now 23 months old!  How is it mid-October already?  In addition to forgetting the kids were turning 1 month older.... I just realized that that means, in 11 days I turn 1 year older.   You know you are busy when you forget your own birthday is coming up.  But you all remembered, right?  What did you all get me??

Big plans for my big 2.9?  Yep- working!  Woo-hoo, right?  :(  Just toooo many things going on to use up brain cells working out a weekend trade.  I'm too busy to care.  Going to make my last years in my 20s one to remember though!

So what's new with my 1.month.until.2.year.olds? 

They are experiencing some brotherly love!!

 On a few occasions we have found Hayden snuck into bed with Logan!

Big kid beds are still going great.  On occasion they are up at 7:30 rather than 8:30, but if thats as bad as it gets, I'll take it!

Putting more & more things together in their heads.  Their intelligence continues to blow me away.

Hayden worked & worked to put together a "choo choo" all on his own one day made of wash baskets & misc other baby toys!!

Livi is stringing more words together.  Hayden occasionally puts 2 together, but its usually just "more ____."  Still repeating everything & picking up a few words a day. 

Livi got some new glasses.  They are a little big, but then they should last us a while.  We'll get new lenses in her other glasses too, so for once we'll have a spare pair!

I'm still laughing so hard I pee my pants everytime Olivia calls Hayden "Maas."  She's all about pointing out possessions "Go-gun wuvie"  "Ya-ya wuvie"  "Maas wuvie."  Or sometimes she'll say "Ya-ya Maas" "Go-gun Maas" "Mommy Maas" "Elmo Maas"... but Hayden is just "Maas" time & time again.

Working on our birthday party plans.  This is the picture I get when I say "Logan take your fingers out of your mouth"  Thanks Hayden & Livi.  We are going to be 3 Elmos for Halloween!  And have an Elmo Birthday!
