Completely random

Have not posted in a while.  Trying to just spend some time with the kids.  My goal was to be done Christmas shopping by Dec. 1 so we could just enjoy the Christmas month.  Well I failed, but one afternoon out sans kids & I could be 98% done.  So I still am feeling pretty good about it.

 

I actually had a weekend off and at home!  AMAZING!  That has not happened in MONTHS!  My plan was to finish my shopping & get Liv's bedroom set painted, but instead we bummed around, grilled steaks, tried a few Pinterest recipies & installed our first new light fixture in this house.  Wish I had some ceiling paint to touch the ceiling up.  Didn't think that one fully through!  Oh well, with house projects its always one step forward & 2 steps back, right?  Still an improvement!  One brassy boob light down, dozens to go!!

 

 And just because it cracks me up.... being 3 is JUST.SO.HARD!!

 

P.S. Both boys napped in underwear today & stayed dry!!
